Shipping & Delivery Policy
We take great care and responsibility in shipping your products, therefore we have collaborated with reputed national and international courier companies to deliver your orders.
We deliver our products in India and other parts of the world. However, delivery time may increase in some places due to restricted movement and regulations. We need your patience and wholehearted support.
For Delivery in India
- We charge a standard shipping fee for each order irrespective of the size and value of the order. The shipping fee is added to the order price at the time of checkout.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 60
- Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 450.
- The orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of order. Shipping details shall be shared on the registered Email ID and mobile number.
- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic/lockdown, dispatches may take 1-4 days. The delivery time may vary from place to place.
For International Delivery
- Shipping cost is automatically calculated on the checkout page as per your location & country.
- The delivery fee is calculated as per weight slabs. The courier companies charge the valve based on gross weight or volumetric weight (whichever value is higher)
- Delivery time may vary as per the service provider and destination. Normally orders are delivered to the customer within 7-10 working days.
- We deliver international orders via service providers like FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, UPS, Ecom, and EMS India Post.
- Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or any public or festive Holidays. We can’t guarantee arrival dates & times for the orders.
- Custom Duty varies from country to country and Yoga Chaitanya shall not be liable to pay or inform the customer about the customs duty fee. The recipient shall be solely responsible to pay the duty if needed.
