Cancelation & Refund Policy for Yoga Teacher Trainings

  1. The Applicants can apply for the Yoga teacher training program by filling up the online TTC application form. We will process the application within two days, and the applicant will be informed about the acceptance or rejection of the TTC application. If you don’t hear back from us within 24 hours then please check your spam/promotion folder or please write to us at [email protected]
  2. After acceptance of the application, we will send our Bank details, Payment Gateway link, or WISE account details via email to the applicant. The Applicant should deposit a booking amount of $500 within one week to secure the seat. The applicant will bear any additional transaction charges. 
  3. The booking amount is non-refundable. It cannot be canceled. If the applicant cancels the training due to any unavoidable reasons, then the booking fee can be adjusted for any other future training within one year from the booking date. For this, the applicant has to inform Yoga Chaitanya International Institute, forty-five days before the start date of the training. If the applicant fails to inform us forty-five days prior, then the amount is non-adjustable.
  4. The applicant can also transfer the booked seat to a friend or family member if he/she cancels the training due to unavoidable reasons. For this, the applicant has to inform Yoga Chaitanya International Institute forty-five days before the start date of the training. If the applicant fails to inform us within forty-five days, then the amount is non-adjustable. If the applicant fails to inform us within forty-five days, then the amount is non-adjustable. This transfer of booked seat has been agreed upon by Yoga Chaitanya International Institute in writing and the student will bear the additional seat transferring charges of $50. 
  5. Once students have physically checked into Yoga Chaitanya International Institute, Goa / Thailand, or joined the course in person Student becomes responsible and liable to pay Yoga Chaitanya the complete course fees. This fee becomes non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Yoga Chaitanya in writing.
  6. The remaining course fee/balance fee shall be paid in Card/Cash. If the student cannot join the course for some reason, then he/she is NOT liable to pay the remaining course fee.
  7. If the student falls sick due to Covid or if the course has to be stopped due to Covid restrictions or any similar reasons the school may consider transferring the student’s pro-rata balance course fee to any future course of the student’s choice or the remaining course can be conducted online. The ultimate decision lies with Yoga Chaitanya International Institute.
  8. If the student has joined the course physically, Yoga Chaitanya International Institute will not be liable to refund the course fee if the student chooses to drop out of the course due to any reasons or circumstances.
  9. Yoga Chaitanya International Institute reserves the right to terminate the student’s participation or continuation in the course if it finds his/her presence disturbing to the group process or if the student is not abiding by the code of conduct. In such a case, Yoga Chaitanya International Institute reserves the right to refund the fee. If it does it will only be on a prorated basis ( Booking Charges of USD 500 shall not be refundable).
  10. In case Yoga Chaitanya International Institute has to cancel/re-schedule/stop/the course for any situation beyond its control such as any pandemic or war-related restrictions or any other reason deemed fit by them, before the beginning of the course, then the student is entitled to a full refund except the $500 which serves as the booking amount as well as the non-contact hours online module if applicable. Yoga Chaitanya International Institute will also not be liable to cover any other losses that students might incur such as travel, insurance, etc. due to any such cancellations.
  11. Yoga Chaitanya International Institute reserves the right to make minor amendments to the course content, teachers, or accommodation if needed and the same cannot be used by students to ask for a refund.

Cancelation & Refund policy for Products

  • We do accept the returns of order or refund the amount once the product is purchased.
  • Cancellation cannot be requested once the order is shipped out from our warehouse.
  • An order placed can be cancelled within one hour of placement only. Any cancellation request received after this time cannot be accommodated.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order ID, and reason for cancellation.
  • The amount charged will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 working days.
  • In case if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately and we will replace it at the earliest. We will ensure your order is corrected or returned, and your amount will be refunded in case of a return order.
  • In case of a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (without breaking the packaging seal), with tags, and in its original packaging with the proof of purchase.
