- A series of studies published in the June 2010 issue of the Journal of Environment Psychology show that people who spend more time in nature have a greater sense of vitality and have more energy to do things and are better equipped to deal with physical illnesses.
- A three-year study by researchers at Japan’s Chiba University concluded that using a computer for five hours a day can dramatically increase the risk of diseases like depression, anxiety and insomnia.

What Do We Have to Offer
Our Yoga retreats are aimed at isolating you from your everyday environment so that you can look at the things in a new found light. Please Note:
- We need a minimum of 8 people to arrange a retreat.
- There are special discounts for corporate/group retreats (minimum of 15 people).
- To arrange for a retreat, we need the confirmed details of all concerned people at least 20 days in advance.
- The retreats will have beginner, intermediate and advanced level of yoga, Laughter yoga and meditation programs, depending upon the interest and ability of the participants.
- The detailed itinerary/program of the retreat can be shared once we reach the minimum number required for participation.
