Yes, there is no problem. Modifications will be taught so you can practice as per your comfort. In case if you experience any discomfort then you can simply skip the practice and participate in the final relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga is recommended for pregnant women. The practice of asanas is designed based on the specific trimester. These online classes will not  provide one-on-one guidance to pregnant women. Therefore, we will suggest you avoid these online classes.

These online classes are designed for people of age group 18-55. The intensity of practice will increase in vinyasa flow & ashtanga vinyasa classes, so we recommend senior citizens avoid these online classes.

Yes, these online classes will help you reverse your chronic conditions.
